Research on the talent training path for interdisciplinary emergency technology and management professionals under the background of Industry-education integration

Abstract：Under the background of industry-education integration,the training of interdisciplinary emergency technology and management professionals is an important measure to address the frequent natural disasters and escalating public safety challenges in China.Based on the national＂14th Five-Year Plan＂ for emergency sys-tems,this paper analyzes the current talent gap in emergency technology and management,pointing out that the core objectives for such professionals should include interdisciplinary knowledge systems,diverse practical abilities,and comprehensive quality structures.It is found that the existing training mode is faced with the challenges of imperfect curriculum system,shortcomings in practical teaching,unbalanced structure of teaching staff and single evaluation method.To address these challenges,the paper proposes a talent training path driven by industry-education integration:first,to build an interdisciplinary curriculum system of＂general education+profession+practice,＂ strengthening knowledge integration and practical abilities;sec-ond,to deepen school-enterprise cooperation,jointly constructing practical internship platforms to promote the integration of theory and scenario-based teaching;third,to develop a ＂dual-teacher＂ faculty team,introdu-cing industry experts and promoting faculty's practical abilities;and fourth,to establish a diversified and dy-namic evaluation system that focuses on practical results and process tracking.Through these paths,the goal is to achieve a precise alignment of talent cultivation with industry needs,and to supply the emergency manage-ment field with interdisciplinary professionals who possess innovative thinking,rapid decision-making,and collaborative abilities.
