Research on risk assessment of green technology innovation in coal enterprises based on PSR-cloud model

Abstract：Because the coal industry is the main responsible party for controlling high carbon emissions,pro-moting its low-carbon transformation is an important foundation for achieving net zero emissions goals.This ar-ticle comprehensively identifies the risks of green technology innovation based on the PSR model.The DEMA-TEL-AISM model was used to screen risk factors and construct a risk assessment index system.A green tech-nology innovation risk assessment model based on combination weighting cloud model had been proposed.Tak-ing coal enterprise A as an example,the risk level of its green technology innovation risk has been evaluated.The results indicate that the green technology innovation risk level of enterprise A is at"moderate risk",which is consistent with the actual risk occurrence of the enterprise and verifies the rationality of the selection of eval-uation indicators and the feasibility of the evaluation model.This technology provides reference for risk man-agement of green technology innovation in coal enterprises.
