Abstract:In response to the dynamic evolution characteristics of the disaster chain and the optimization needs of emergency material scheduling,a two-stage emergency material dynamic correction scheduling model in-tegrating blockchain technology was constructed in this study.Based on the phased evolution law of primary and secondary disasters, the hierarchical sequence method combined with delay penalty cost coefficient is used to achieve multi-objective normalization processing, and genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Through comparative verification of four types of scheduling modes in the article,it is confirmed that the blockchain col-laborative mode has significant advantages in improving scheduling timeliness, economy, and management effi-ciency.Case studies have shown that the model can effectively reduce the risk level of the disaster chain,opti-mize the efficiency of material allocation, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for emergency management decisions under dynamic disaster situations.
