Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of hotel building fire risk assessment,a hotel fire risk assessment model based on rough set and matter-element extension reliability method is constructed.Based on the General Code for Building Fire Protection, combined with literature and typical event analysis, this paper estab-lishes a hotel fire risk assessment system, which includes 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indica-tors.In order to reduce the data redundancy of the index system, the rough set theory is introduced to reduce the attribute and assign weight to the index system. On this basis, the matter-element extension method is in-troduced to solve the incompatibility of evaluation indexes and the ambiguity and uncertainty of quantification of indexes in fire evaluation.Through the characteristic values of fire risk grade variables, the degree to which the hotel to be evaluated tends to a certain grade was given to make the evaluation result more accurate.Fi-nally,taking a hotel in Sanhe City as an example, the empirical analysis was carried out,and the evaluation re-sults were compared with the traditional analytic hierarchy process. The results show that the evaluation model constructed in this paper is feasible and effective. The research results can provide reference for fire risk as-sessment and fire safety management of hotel buildings.
