Abstract:Reducing consumption and increasing efficiency of mine water treatment system is of great signifi-cance for promoting the green and low-carbon development of coal industry. In this paper, the case analysis method is used to propose the evaluation index of the energy efficiency ratio E of the three links of mine water treatment pre-settling adjustment, clarification filtration and slime treatment for the three different treatment processes of the six coal mine water treatment systems. The results show that the energy consumption of high salinity mine water is the highest per unit cubic meter of mine water treatment, and the specific energy con-sumption of the system is 2.09~9.09 kWh/m3.The energy consumption of mine water with high suspended matter concentration is the second, and the specific energy consumption of the system is 0.26 kWh/m3.The energy consumption of mine water containing special components is the lowest, and the specific energy con-sumption of the system is 0.19~0.21kWh/m3.The energy efficiency rating of mine water treatment system is divided into three levels:strong energy saving, basic energy saving and no energy saving. The application of the evaluation index can further establish a new classification standard, refine the energy-saving data, accurately reflect the energy efficiency of the high energy consumption system, and provide a more objective and practical method for the energy-saving operation evaluation of the mine water treatment system.
