Improvement and application of air-water linkage purification spray system

Abstract：Coal dust represents a major hazard in mine safety production,posing significant risks to both opera-tional safety and workers'health.Based on field application outcomes in underground mines,this study analyzes the shortcomings of conventional air-water mixed purification spray systems commonly used in dust suppression measures.The improved air-water linkage purification spray system features a conical spray mech-anism with an expanded coverage area,enabling effective dust isolation.Its detachable＂bamboo-joint＂ modu-lar design ensures universal compatibility of components across the entire mine system,thereby enhancing ma-intenance efficiency and reducing production costs.
