Abstract：In order to improve the reliability and stability of the local air supply system in the excavation face of Qishan Coal Mine,through analysis and research,the existing underground broadcasting system,safety moni-toring and control system,and self-developed backup local ventilation fan power loss monitoring and alarm controller have been used to form a backup local ventilation fan power loss monitoring and alarm system with Qishan characteristics.Its application effectively reduces or avoids accidents of dual shutdown of local ventila-tion fans in the excavation face,promoting further development of mine safety production.
