Research on enhancing the emergency response capacity of grassroots party organizations in Langfang for flood disasters

Abstract：As the foundation of all the work and combat effectiveness of the party,grassroots party organizations play an extremely important role in responding to urgent,difficult,and dangerous tasks such as floods and other disasters.In previous flood prevention,rescue and disaster relief efforts,especially in the ＂23.7＂ catastrophic flood in Hebei,the grassroots party organizations in Langfang have effectively played a role as a fighting for-tress.In order to better enhance emergency response capabilities and provide security for the realization of ＂Safe Langfang＂,this article explores the practical path to enhance the emergency response capabilities of grass-roots party organizations in Langfang for flood disasters from multiple aspects,including pre disaster institutional construction,education and training,promotion and mobilization,organization of disaster relief during disasters,and post disaster recovery and reconstruction.
