Abstract:In order to study the stress distribution characteristics of coal and rock masses near faults, the N2102 working face of Yuwu coal mine is taken as the engineering background.FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to fit the monitoring points of the model with the actual stress drilling positions, and the stress of the fault rock mass in the working face is inverted and simulated. The results show that the influence range of the fault extends to both sides of the fault surface, and the vertical stress forms a"low high low" distribution characteristic on both sides of the fault. The maximum horizontal principal stress in the lower fault zone is slightly lower than that in the upper fault zone, with a difference of about 0.5 MPa.The impact range of the hanging wall of the fault is about 70 m,and the impact range of the lower wall of the fault is about 30m.
