Abstract：With the construction of key projects such as the national earthquake intensity quick report and early warning project,and the earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction informatization project,the scale of China's seismic network has continued to expand.The work content and process,seismic data,business sys-tems,and personnel allocation of various provincial bureau networks have undergone significant changes.Here is an introduction about construction idea,implementation process and effect of constructing effective integra-tion mechanism of earthquake early warning and quick reporting on duty in Beijing Earthquake Station.The integration mechanism of earthquake early warning and quick reporting on duty of Beijing Earthquake Station includes:data resource integration,personnel integration,earthquake on-duty integration,daily work integra-tion,system construction and professional training,which solves the current problems of personnel shortage,multiple parallel business systems,large amount of data,heavy work tasks and high timeliness requirements.
