Abstract：In response to the cultivation of practical-oriented emergency management talents,the school explores and implements a multi-model,diversified,dual-driven,and all-round"four-in-one"practical-ori-ented talent cultivation path,which mainly includes exploring two talent cultivation models:the emergency management characteristic experimental class and the emergency characteristic direction,constructing a dual-driven curriculum system of theory and practice courses,implementing emergency management on-the-job/shadowing internship practices,and strengthening the construction of faculty and condition guarantees.Practice has shown that the implementation of this talent cultivation path can accelerate the cultivation of high-quality practical-oriented talents for the emergency management cause,enhance students'emergency management practical capabilities and literacy,help to build a practical-oriented faculty,and promote the construction of teaching connotation and characteristic practical teaching platforms.The exploration and practice of practical-oriented talent cultivation paths can help address the shortage of emergency management talents.The school will further deepen the exploration and practice of practical-oriented talent cultivation paths.
