Research on the ability and quality of mine rescue commanders based on DEMATEL-AISM

Abstract：In order to explore the relationship of the elements of mine rescue commanders'ability and quality,and promote the further improvement of mine emergency rescue level,the core elements are screened from five aspects political quality,physical quality,professional quality,psychological quality and management quality,and the index system of mine rescue commanders'ability and quality is established.The method of combining deci-sion-making laboratory algorithm and adversarial interpretative structural model was used to construct causal re-lationship and adversarial multi-layer topology,and the importance and coupling relationship of multiple elements of mine rescue commanders'ability and quality are analyzed.The results show that emergency rescue theory and knowledge,psychological endurance,discipline consciousness and loyalty to the party are important elements to effectively improve the ability and quality of mine rescue commanders.The ability to avoid the team's own casualties,insecurity,emergency rescue decision-making ability and disaster accident research and judg-ment ability are the key elements,and the ability to avoid the team's own casualties is the Pareto optimal set.
