Analysis of research trends in the field of emergency management based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Abstract：The disaster-prone situation and the promotion of governmental emergency management work re-quire the educational community to accelerate the construction of emergency management disciplines and the cultivation of emergency management talents.With the help of CiteSpace and VOSviewer software,the emer-gency management-related literature included in the CNKI database from 2000 to 2023 were statistically and cluster-analyzed to summarize the research hotspots in the field of emergency management,including emer-gency management,safety production,geological disasters,emergency rescue,risk assessment,major acci-dents,resilient cities,and disaster prevention and control.China's emergency management research ladder path can be divided into three stages:the initial germination stage,the rapid development stage and the in-depth research stage,and the research bias is more obvious in each stage.This study provides academic refer-ence value for grasping the research dynamics and evolution trends in the field of emergency management in China,serving talent training and future in-depth research.
