Abstract:In this study,a novel FRET nanoprobe was developed for the detection of H2 O2.Firstly,the success-ful construction of polysaccharide functionalized gold nanoparticles was confirmed by UV-vis spectrophotome-ter,transmission electron microscope and nanoparticle size analyzer. Then, the successful conjugation of 3-(dansyl ammonia)methoxyphenylboronic acid onto the surface of gold nanoparticles was confirmed through fluorescence spectroscopy, resulting in the development of straightforward and dependable FRET nanoprobes. Finally, the effective detection of H2 O2 was confirmed through the utilization of a fluorescence spectrometer.
