Research on the development benefit evaluation listed technology leading enterprises based on three-stage DEA and entropy-weighted TOPSIS

Abstract：In order to quantitatively measure the development benefits of technology-leading enterprises,this paper selects some listed enterprises from technology-leading enterprises in Hebei Province as the research subjects.It constructs a development benefits evaluation system for technology-leading enterprises,with the ra-tio of operating costs to research and development as input indicators,and invention patents,net profit,return on net assets,and total operating income as output indicators.A four-stage comprehensive evaluation model combining three-stage DEA with entropy-weighted TOPSIS is designed to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the selected listed technology-leading enterprises in Hebei Province.The results show that majority of the selected technology-leading enterprises operate with high efficiency.After excluding the influ-ence of environmental factors and random errors in the third stage for most enterprises,they remain in a state of fixed scale return and cannot be quantitatively ranked.However,the entropy-weight TOPSIS in the fourth stage effectively solves the problem of comparing the benefits and indicators of these enterprises.
