The influence of mixing station waste on the properties of mortar
HU Yuting
Abstract:It is feasible to reuse mixing plant waste for cement-based materials. In this paper, waste sand and powder are produced from mixing plant waste, and the effect of mixing plant waste on the fluidity, compressive strength and micromorphology of cement mortaris studied. The results show that the fluidity of cement mortar increases first and then decreases with the increase of mixing plant waste contents. The compressive strengths of cement mortar decrease with the increase of mixing plant waste. The compressive strengths of cement mortar with mixing plant waste at the early age are lower than that of the control cement mortar. The compressive strengths of cement mortar with 10%waste powder and cement mortar with 10%waste powder and 10%waste sand at the same time which have the dense microstructure for 28 days are higher than that of the control ce-ment mortar.
