Abstract:To improve the safety of the concrete support structure in open-pit coal mines,it is necessary to an-alyze the compressive performance of the concrete support structure. This paper proposes a test method for studying the compressive performance of concrete support structures in open-pit coal mines.By analyzing the concrete support structure, the force situation of the concrete support structure in open-pit coal mines is stud-ied.The compressive performance of the concrete support structure in open-pit coal mines is analyzed under different curing temperatures,water-cement ratios, and spraying methods. The results show that the strength of the concrete is better under the curing condition of 45°C.However,when the concrete support structure is cured at a temperature that is too high, its strength is at a disadvantage compared to the strength value under standard curing conditions. Moreover, increasing the water-cement ratio continuously improves the compressive strength and porosity of the concrete support structure in open-pit coal mines.Wet-sprayed concrete is superi-or to dry-sprayed concrete in terms of compressive strength, tensile strength, and flexural strength.
