Text Mining and Its Application in Information Content Security

Abstract：Text mining is one of the substantial parts of data mining with significant importance to knowledge discovery and the acquirement of information, and it is also an important means to maintain the security of Internet information content. This article systematically summarizes the basic concepts and theories of text mining and information content security, and presents prospects of related fields. It gives the definitions of text mining and information content security, and compares text mining to present data mining and natural language processes; it gives an in-depth analysis and summary of related key techniques during the process of text mining's data pre-processing, data mining analysis and data visualization, and related applications of text mining in the field of information content security; Finally, it summarizes that researching on text feature characterizing model, developing all new unstructured text mining algorithms, constructing comprehensive text mining systems that integrate big data processing, natural language processing, data mining, image processing and pattern recognition are vital methods to improve text mining capabilities.
