Research on engineering project risk based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method
DU Jingfeng
Abstract:Through the qualitative analysis of engineering project risk, the project risk evaluation system is constructed from four aspects of social risk, economic risk, technical risk and management risk. According to the specific characteristics of project risk assessment, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is applied in the comprehensive evaluation of engineering project risk. AHP is used to determine the weights of all sub goals and indicators affecting the project risk, and the weight vectors of each influence factor are obtained at the same time. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is used to evaluate and sort the risk grade of the project. Finally, the Euclidean close degree is used to evaluate the risk grade.
