Abstract:With the wide application of nano-titanium dioxide materials, the biological safety of nano-titanium dioxide on the job site has gradually attracted people's attention. In order to reasonably evaluate the occupational hazard level of nano-titanium dioxide on the job site and provide reference for the occupational hazard prevention of nano-titanium dioxide, this paper comprehensively considers the entire cycle of nano-titanium dioxide production process. The paper starts from the four levels of human, dust, environment, and management, establishes an evaluation index system composed of four first-level evaluation indicators, ten second-level evaluation indicators, and 31 third-level evaluations, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights. Then combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a comprehensive evaluation model of occupational hazards of nano-titanium dioxide on the job site was put forward, and its rationality was verified through field application.
