Evaluation and Development Countermeasures of Emergency Rescue Capability of China's Mining Enterprises

Abstract：In order to improve the emergency rescue ability of China's mine enterprises and reduce the harm of mine accidents, the emergency rescue capability of mine enterprises in China is evaluated through questionnaires, field visits, on-site consultation and other methods. On the basis of the predecessors, the evaluation system of mine safety emergency rescue capability is perfected and the model is optimized, which provides reference for the future research of mine emergency rescue capability evaluation. The basic theory of fuzzy mathematics is used to analyze the data of the questionnaire, which can find out the weakness and common problems in the emergency rescue work of the mining enterprises in China and improve the countermeasures for improving the construction of the emergency rescue capability of the mining enterprises.
