Monitoring and control system of UCG process based on S7-300 PLC

Abstract：For monitoring operating parameters of the production process of UCG in real -time, Underground Coal Gasification remote monitoring and control system was designed , based on S7-300 PLC and configura-tion software.In order to guarantee the security and reliability of the system , monitoring host used dual redun-dancy.Ethernet and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus were used in communication and PID is used in fans control. Running result shows the effectiveness of underground coal gasification real -time monitoring and control system.
