Research on Measuring Devices Improvement about Coal Seam Residual Gas Content

Abstract：Residual gas content is an important part of the coal seam gas content , it's accurate and efficient de-termination helps to improve the level of coal seam gas content measurement techniques .Vacuum degassing system and coal crushing system are important parts of the measuring device of thecoal seam residual gascon -tent,and therefore, it is necessary to improve theirsperformance .In this study, these two devices were techni-cal improved firstly , and carried out a comparison experiment with the traditional means;and then , the exper-iment data were analyzed , and thecorresponding distribution curve were obtained .The results show that , after technical improvements , the sealing performance of the vacuum degassing system is more reliable , the grinding efficiency of the coal crushing system has been effectively improved , and, its optimum speed is 145 ~165 r/min.
