Abstract：By analyzing statistically the research results on the needs of education and training of cadres in the safety supervision and inspection system conducted by State Administration of Work Safety, this paper points out the current conditions and main problems of this education and training and puts forward suggestions to en-hance its pertinence and effectiveness so as to provide reference for further carrying out the education and training of cades in the safety supervision and inspection system.
