Abstract：At present, coal workers’ pneumoconiosis is still the most serious occupational disease that coal miners are facing in our country.The United States coal worker’ s pneumoconiosis( CWP) incidence is basi-cally stay under 5%since 1975.And China ’ s current incidence rate is still high.By means of multiple sur-veys, CWP in China and the United States was analyzed, the dust control present situation was made compari-son in details,from two aspects of data and regulation.The differences between the two countries in the occupa-tional disease prevention in coal mines and the problem about it in our country were put forward.Finally the measures and direction of the development were presented.
