Abstract：The traditional mechanical -electrical integration of the experimental platform has disadvantages of poor technology , single function , poor openness , and it is not convenient to use and maintenance.A novel electromechanical integrated experiment platform based on STC 12 C5 A is proposed in the paper , which can simulate the simple process of automatic production line , with feeding , assembly , testing and sorting , and oth-er functions.The paper also introduces the principle and implementation of system project.The platform is designed by single chip microcomputer technology , inverter technology , sensor technology and pneumatic tech-nology , and can carry out multiple electromechanical integrated experiment project.It is of great significance for mechanical and electronic integration practice teaching.
