Abstract：Abstra ct:With the organic combination of management integration , scientific training and exercising regular-ly, the professional advantages of functional departments and emergency rescue team should be given full play , the management of the rescue team should be improved , the actual effect and scientific training need to be em-phasized , and the regular emergency drills should be stick out , so that the practical ability of the mine rescue team is improved.In order to promote the system and the team construction of mine emergency rescue , the comprehensive quality ,relief execution , professional level and tactics to accumulate experience of emergency rescue teams should be vigorously improved.
