Abstract：coal seam water injection was a basic measure to reduce dust in coal mining .The fracture of coal , porosity ,and burial depth will affect the effect of coal seam water injection .This paper validated pre -split-ting blasting augmented injection technology used in low porosity and hard coal seam .Drilling big diameter holes along seam, let detonator into pvc tube with diameter of 50mm,then pre -splitting blasting the hole . After blasting , analyzed fracture round the hole and doing water injection examination .The result showed that the developed scope of fracture reached 2~3m when blasting one hole , water injection quantity and water flow quantity was augmented a lot .When blasted two hole at one time , the stress will distributing again because of stress wave overlay , form lots of fracture run-through one another .The blasted effect was better than one -hole blasting .
