Study on mining engineering open experimental teaching and its model

Abstract：North China Institute of Science and Technology is a university to cultivate applied talents. Mining engineering majors including mining engineering, mineral processing engineering, safety technology and engi-neering play an important role in the cultivation of applied talents. One of the effective ways to cultivate ap-plied talents is the open experiment teaching. In this paper, we have studied open model on laboratory teach-ing of mining engineering, including the main research aspects of open experiment teaching source, scope, content, procedure, cost and effectiveness. Through the process of the study, we point out the main problems existing in the open experiment teaching. Finally, we formulate corresponding measures and give the reasona-ble suggestions on the above issues.
