Safety Element Flows and Corporate Systematic Safety Management

Abstract：corporate safety management system can be disassembled into “points”, “lines” and “surface”.“Points” refer to safety elements, “lines” safety flows, as well as “surface” safety system. There are 6 kinds of “safety element flows” including safety information flows, safety material flows, safety capital flows, safety value flows, safety human flows and safety contract flows in a corporate safety system. These flows not only de-pend on and influence by each other, unified into the practice of corporate work safety, but also run independ-ently to play their roles. Scientific and advanced safety management and corporate intrinsic safety can be only realized through “six - flow in one”.
