Study on a new type of oilfield sidewall coring power supply

Abstract：In this paper, a sidewall coring motor power supply is studied, and a motor power supply mode based on optical fiber transmission is proposed. The system implementation scheme and working principle are introdued, and the experimental waveforms are given. The experimental results show that the system overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional oil field logging power supply scheme, has advantages of stable and reliable performance, high starting current is small, intelligentize degree, etc.
