Studying and Achieving of Cultivation Standard on Mining Engineering Outstanding Engineer

Abstract：This paper took “a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers (PETOE)”as back-ground,introduced abroad engineering ender graduate education and teaching mode,summarized advanced educational concepts,based on the general standard of PETOE,Reformed and Innovated talent training plan of mining engineering major in NCIST.Achieving this goal from 3 respects,firstly,should Strengthen coopera-tion and exchanges with enterprise;secondly,build professional education theoretical system;finally,proposed mining spiritual education.
