Application of flip -flow screen in Donghuantuo Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract：In the Donghuantuo Coal Preparation Plant lump coal and fine coal have been washed respectively.Banana vibrating screen was used in the process of 50 mm classification.But high moisture of coal result in low screening efficiency and low calorific value of undersize product;after replaced the original banana vibrating screen (50 mm screen mesh)with flip -flow screen(30 mm screen mesh),screening efficiency has been greatly improved,calorific value of undersize product has been increased and the difficult problem of sticky materials screening has been solved,significant economic benefits have been achieved.
