Research on Dual PWM Converter Applied in Mine Hoist Drive System

Abstract：Through the analysis of the insufficiency of the traditional mine hoist drive system performance, combined with the actual production in coal mine,this paper introduces the dual PWMconverter’s application in upgrading variable frequency drive system of the mine hoist.The excellent performance of the PWMrectifier is analyzed emphatically in the power factor control,electric energy feedback,harmonic suppression,the su-periority of the dual PWMconverter applied in mine hoist drive system is put forward on the basis of the proto-type experiment verification,and the super capacitors’application in PWMrectifier DC bus’energy -storage and filtering is presented innovatively.
