Abstract：In order to let people not only in entertainment,but also enjoy the file sharing and learning and communication service,a mobile learning platform of cellphone is designed and developed.The system adopting C/S structure,layout of the page using Android technology,has achieved users registration,login,query, downloading the learning resources,releasing help information and other functions in the mobile phone client, and realized administrator management for ordinary users,resources and messages in the background server.The system has passed the test on Android smartphone.
