Research on AC Voltage Stabilizing Unit for Communication and Monitoring System

Abstract：The coal mine underground systems are the key points of keeping the safety of coal mine produc-tion,which include gas monitoring systems,emergency call systems,wireless communication systems,etc.These systems are mainly supplied by 127V AC power,however,except coal drills,the 127V AC power is mainly used as underground signal and lighting. Employing the 127V AC power directly has some problems such as using power inconvenience,voltage fluctuations severely,power outages frequently and so on. The de-sign provides dual power 1 140/660/220/127 input,four ways exchange regulator 127V AC output. Besides, it possesses a number of additional functions to ensure the reliability and stability of each major monitoring sys-tem and communication system,for instance,overload protection,short -circuit protection,over-voltage protection and under-voltage protection,which can provide the basic guarantee for the safety production in coal mine underground.
