Application of High-density Electrical Method in the Prevention of Water Disaster of Mining and Driving Face

Abstract：The mining and driving face of Geting Coal Mine is advanced detected using high-density electri-cal method. Combined with its geophysical response characteristics,through data collection and relative water abundance discriminant,immediate outcomes show the formation of a"high-density electrical instrument"as the core of the mining and driving face of the flood prevention technology,the realization of heading face pre-diction of water abundance. It provides a reliable basis for the prediction and prevention of underground water disaster so as to ensure the safe production of coalmines.
