Abstract：Taking new mine of Hongshengjude Coal for background , according to hydrogeology of mine , the zone under safe water pressure of aquifer in 4# coal mine is divided by using vulnerability index method and traditional water bursting coefficient method.The result shows that Water inrush coefficient method considers individual factors , the result is not accurate enough , and low resolution;vulnerability index method consider a combination of factors , the results are more accurate.
