Abstract：The coal mine workers ’ job adaptive test system is design an experiment which is based on safety man-machine engineering laboratory.According to the relationship between temperament and safety in safety psychology , make a few test through the combination of different machines.And based on the scores to decide whether the person is suitable for the job.These tests provides a platform to comprehensive understand the par-ticipants, avoiding blindly assign new workers for a certain position , and cause unnecessary casualties and property losses for temperament unfitness.
