Abstract：In order to Coal Mine Safety Supervision Cadres Networking Academy better development( hereinaf-ter referred to as‘Coal Supervisor Networking Academy ’ ) , Through the summary of the nearly three years ’ network training effect and questionnaires to analyze the problems encountered during the development, and provide references for the development of Coal Supervisor Networking Academy.Although coal supervision ca-dres network training has some shortcomings, overall more good than harm, is worthy of promotion and in-depth development.
