Common Characteristics and Differences of the Mining Law in Germany, France,Russia and Japan
Abstract：Minerals and subsoil use in general shall retain political economic and legal influence in the future.Legal terminology , property and mining rights in German , French, Russian and Japanese mining law are dif-ferent.There are legal provisions which establish specific restrictions for foreign investors.The authority grant mining rights only in case the applicant fulfils technical financial and organizational requirements.
