Optimization of the Initial Program on Table-working Scheme of Transportation Problem

Abstract：The quality of the initial program is particularly important , when using table -working scheme to find the optimal solution of transportation problems.This paper presents a rule for optimizing initial program , and proposes two methods to improve the quality of the initial program , and with examples illustrating the ra-tionality of the method.
