Abstract：Confucian views on righteousness and benefit includes combination of righteousness and benefit , righteousness controlling benefit , righteousness outweighing benefit.Nowadays , it is of vital importance for coal mines to draw the essence of Confucianism to deal with the relationship between production and safety and the relationship between the economic efficiency of enterprises and the country′s long-term interests with the correct view of righteousness and benefit.Finally cultivate the safety awareness combining benefit with right-eousness to ensure coal mine safety.
