Study on Control Technology of High Gas Emission at the First Stage of Fully Mechanized Coal Caving Face in Nanzhuang Coal Mine

Abstract：Gas emission is high at coal seam 15 , Nanzhuang coal mine.In the first stage of fully mechanized mining, gas emission is high , which is ascribed to two reasons:first, the gas transmission from over layers of coal and rock was active , second , the fully mechanized caving face doesn ’ t cave at the first stage.Study and application on the high gas emission have been carried out in the Nanzhuang coal mine .Two types of technolo-gy, namely high drainage roadway and borehole gas drainage came into being , based on which , the high gas emission was controlled.
