Abstract：Higher education quality plays an important role in the national economy , which is also the focus of the university tasks.Nowadays, China’s higher education has entered into the stage of rapid development , a-nalysis the factors affecting the quality of higher education systematically is necessary.This paper is aim to ex-plain the structure of the factors affecting the quality of higher education by interpretative structural model ( ISM ) in order to guide practice.
