Abstract：Ubiquitous knowledge environment is the digital information infrastructure of future society.This paper analyzes the new situation and new challenges in university library under ubiquitous knowledge environ -ment, and put forwards the corresponding strategies mainly from three aspects which refers to information re -source construction , information resource discovery and information service.
