Research and Application on the Estimation Method of Software Projects Workload

Abstract：The estimation of software projects workload is an important part of the project development.None of popular software projects workload estimation method can simply and accurately estimate project workload .In this paper , three-step software estimate method is introduced.Those three steps are firstly to select a simple model, secondly to use sample project data to calculate the model constants , lastly to use estimation by analogy method to get actual project estimation.This method is used in the software project of cooperative com-pany , and accepted by the company and users.
