Abstract：According to current situation of our country segmented construction quality supervision and the in -coherence of the construction engineering quality chain , the main items of construction project life -cycle quality supervision is analyzed from five key links including the investment decision, preparation, construc-tion, final acceptance and operation stage of construction engineering based on the theory of life -cycle.And the corresponding quality supervision framework is constructed.The study certainly will have theoretical sup-port and practical guiding significance for comprehensively improving construction engineering quality and a -chieving the whole quality supervision of construction engineering.
