Research on Experiment Test System of Mechanism of Fame Propagation for Gas and Coal Dust Explosion

Abstract：The experiment test system of gas and coal dust explosion is constructed in this paper , which main-ly include body of pipe system , measuring system of explosion pressure and flame data , gas distribution sys-tem, delay system of laser trigger , laser schlieren system and vacuum chamber ( pumping vacuum before exper-iment), in order to study the mechanism of propagation for gas and coal dust explosion in pipeline and ensure the change characteristics of main physical qualities characterizing gas and coal dust explosion.Gas circuit, data acquisition cable and power line are integrated in console with gas filling and distribution system through isolated slots respectively.Special optical windows are set in both experimental and transition section , which are used for flow visualization and spectral measurement ( component and temperature ).Multichannel pressure ( piezoelectric and piezoresistive sensors ) , flame speed measuring and data acquisition systems designed.The experiment test system can simulate complex burning , explosion and mechanism of propagation in coal mine , so it has broad application prospects in studying equipment of anti -explosion and explosion-proof, surveying accident scene and basic research of gas explosion in gas explosion accident of coal mine .
