Abstract：The surrounding rock stability and anchor bolt length is main basis to assess the size of roadway sur -rounding rock loose circle.On 3306 working face of Shuangliu mine, the test of mining gateway surrounding rock loose circle size has been conducted and the size has been obtained.According to the size of roadway sur-rounding rock loose circle, theory of roadway surrounding rock loose circle support and classification scheme of mining gateway surrounding rock stability in inclined or gentle dip coal seam in china , reasonable roadway supporting method and parameters have been ascertained , which will be an example for other similar roadway support design.
